Design Of Lean Logistics Evaluation System In Tobacco Commercial Enterprise

Lean logistics is the application of lean thinking in the logistics industry.The evaluation of the status quo of the implementation of lean logistics cannot be simply to measure the results of indicators for the standard,should include the process of business operations and results to complete the implementation of lean logistics PDCA cycle to achieve continuous improvement of enterprises.Under the background of lean management in tobacco industry,this paper sets the tobacco business enterprises as the object,and tries to establish the evaluation and diagnosis system to evaluate the lean logistics of tobacco commercial enterprises,to evaluate the practice of measuring lean thinking in enterprise,so as to help the tobacco business enterprise self cleaning,to discover and analyze problems and solve the problem,finally achieve continuous improvement.In combination with the present situation of tobacco commercial enterprise business,with excellent performance of seven modules as reference,put forward the basic dimensions of lean logistics evaluation,and in accordance with the basic dimension,level 3 through the tobacco commercial enterprise of lean logistics evaluation index system,clear the tobacco commercial enterprise should fall to the ground,the implementation of the lean logistics cover,consider the content of the formation of lean logistics industry logistics evaluation standard.Secondly,based on the analysis of various weights setting method,choose the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of evaluation factors;third,from the excellent performance evaluation standard,method,development,learning,integration "principle,the standard for evaluation of qualitative indexes into quantitative evaluation,so as to set the standard for evaluation of logistics lean logistics and distribution industry evaluation;finally,through combining self-evaluation and expert reviews,from three aspects of curing system and process,resource allocation,implementation,mechanism design and clear evaluation of lean logistics industry.The establishment of the lean logistics evaluation system,make the company to carry out the lean logistics with clear analysis of the mechanism,to improve the lean logistics PDCA circulation mechanism,so as to better promote the implementation of the lean logistics in tobacco commercial enterprises.
