| Nowadays,the strategy implementation of the maker space to maintain its competitive advantage has been studied by the scholars under the serious homogenization and decreasing profit of the service industry.Based on the status of Maker Space development domestic and abroad as well as their characteristics and main operating modes,this study was to build appropriate strategy for HuaXia Maker Space.SWOT analysis and the SAPCE tool were applied to examine the internal resources and external environment associated with the enterprise strategic management theory.Based on the analysis,market penetration strategy which formed by the cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy should be adopted by Huaxia Maker Space.To ensure the implementation of the strategy,HuaXia Maker Space needs to build a control systems,business operating system and technical support system.Furthermore,a key sector of maker space industry consists of organizational structure,human resources management,system processes,cost control,business innovation would be essential for the maker space to implement the strategy. |
