In the background of Popular entrepreneurship and innovation",the "co-maker space" as a new carrier to boost innovation and entrepreneurship,have sprung up across the country.In actual effect,it is booming in some places,but fails in some other places.Exposing many problems:financing not sustainable,endogenous driving force is not strong,development mode is not clear and vicious competition,once referred to as"chicken coops more than chickens".In just more than two years,nearly 200 co-maker spaces have been set up in Shannxi.The development status and prospect are worthy of scientific assessments.As traditional science resources and military province,how to combine our own base to promote the development of co-maker space is worthy of serious study.This paper systematically create a spatial connotation,classification and development models on the basis of the hatching system of co-maker space in Shannxi,and makes an overall macro-analysis of the situation and select five representative co-maker spaces to make typical study.Finally,according to the entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,make suggestions on the development of innovation entrepreneurship.This paper argues that as a province rich in science and technology resource but poor in market,in the construction of innovation incubation system,Shaanxi should adhere to market-oriented,excluding administrative directive,more emphasis on soft environment for innovation and entrepreneurship to create more prominent "hard science" advantage,create specialized maker space.This paper is divided into five parts:Part 1 mainly states the study background,meaning and methods;Part 2 mainly states the related concept,and the theoretical base;Part 3 makes an overall macro-analysis of Shannxi co-maker spaces;Part 4 selects five representative co-maker spaces for typical compared research;Part 5 proposes development paths.
