The Development Strategy Research Of Hangzhou "Mocha" Public Entrepreneurship Space

“Public Entrepreneurship Space”,which has become a economic hot word in 2015 and is concerned highly by public.The appearance of “Public Entrepreneurship Space” is the result of economic transformation,social development scientific and technological revolution gave birth to.It is also a major breakthrough of our government management innovation.In recent years,Chinese economy has entered a new period,the pressure of economic downturn has increased,the industrial structure has adjusted constantly,the pattern of science and technology has changed deeply,the development engine has transferred from factor driven to innovation driven.Nowadays,our country has become the second largest economy in the world.And this lights people's passion to start an undertaking and it mobilizes people's enthusiasm to innovate and start an undertaking.All these can reach the brilliant of continued economy development.On the opening ceremony of The eighth Summer Davos Forus on September 10th2014,the premier of state council Li Keqiang sent the call “Public Business,mass innovation”.Our country takes “Public Business,mass innovation” as the new work principle,it becomes one of the most important tasks for our government and carries millions of people's expectations.The just right birth of “Public Entrepreneurship Space” has become a good market carrier of “Public Business,mass innovation” dream movement.No matter government,university institute,large enterprise groups or small and medium-sized private institutions have engaged in working together.“ Mocha” Public Entrepreneurship Space is identified as the first batch public entrepreneurship space of municipal level.It started to run and operate formally in October 2015.At present,it is adopted into National Science and technology business incubator's management,service and technology system.The study of my paper is on the basis of Mocha space's practical needs and encountered problems.And I try to study and analyze it by putting it in the perspective of the whole industry.I try to propose a development strategy which is on the basis of advantaged and characteristic Mocha.I hope this can provide a valuable reference for the business development in other parts of our country.
