The Research Of Quality Management Practice In ZSD Company

With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and economic development and structural adjustment speed in China and the requirement of One Belt and One Road,Chinese enterprises realize that the survival and development in the competition of the global market must depend on the high quality.At present,how to upgrade the quality management level of the enterprise so that the quality of the product is maintained,how to retain and improve the quality management system and the suitability and effectiveness of quality management system have become the important issue in the development of enterprises.ZSD company is a high-tech,green environmental protection enterprise,one of the currently largest ethylene carbonate production enterprises in China and the whole world.The company has established a quality management system and passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.However,in face of the fierce market competition,if the company wants to improve market share,keep rapid growth,improve profitability,and become an excellent enterprise,it must move forward further in the quality management,including to adhere to the idea of the market orientation,customers focus,continuous improvement,and constantly meeting the requirements of customers,it also should further tap into the potential of the company and make benefit from the quality management of enterprises.The current status of the ZSD company is studied according to the contingency theory,and using mathematical statistics,statistical tools transport association graph,and the total quality management theory,the existing quality management system of ZSD company is studied,the existing problems with its causes of quality management system of ZSD company are found out.Combined with the present situation and management system of the company,with the eight principles of quality management and Deming PDCA cycle as the guiding ideology,specific measures to improve the quality management of ZSD company are put forward for upgrading the level of quality management,and constantly enhancing the competitiveness,further expanding,strong and long standing in the top of the industry,so hoping to do my bit to my company and also to the similar companies to be going to improve the quality management level.
