| In recent years,with the advancement of water supply industry marketization and industrialization process,great changes have been taken place in Shengli oilfield Water Supply Company internal and external environment,unprecedented difficulties and problems in production and management appeared,All of these have severely restricted the sustainable development of the enterprise.Therefore,the enterprise long-term sustainable development claims our highest attention.Shengli oilfield Water Supply Company was chosen to be the object of this research.combining with the Water Supply Company internal and external environmental changes,formulate and implement scientific development strategy of water supply company.First,the domestic and abroad enterprise development strategy research status and the basic theories and methods of strategic management are summarized;Secondly,according to the basic situation and the plight in development,specify the strategy needs,combining with the following analysis model: application of value chain,PEST analysis,Boston matrix,SWOT etc,analyzed the internal and external environment of shengli oilfield will face,On this basis,illustrates the strategic development vision of the Shengli oilfield Water Supply Company : "harmonious development,sustainable profitability,excellent brand,regional leader" and sets strategic goals from the following aspects: water supply quantity,sales quantity,sales revenue,profit,leakage rate,industry status and industry influence and so on.Put forward the water supply company’s strategic development target,and formed the following four kinds of development modes: withdrawing,Maintain-defensive,offensive and cooperation – dilated.And has carried on the exploration to company business model and selection;Finally,put forward four ways of strategic development: industry chain extension relying on the main body,integrated industry chain to form a Shengli Water Group,introduce strategic investors,cooperate and interact with Dongying city government.And put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestions from water supply company core capability,strategic risk,the implementation. |
