Study On Development Strategy Of Haining Water Group

Water industry refers to the industrial chain composed of raw water,water supply,water saving,drainage,sewage treatment and water resources recycling.With the acceleration of urbanization and marketization reform of water industry,the competition of the water industry becomes increasingly fierce,the traditional management mode of state-owned water enterprises can not adapt well to the development of industry and the demand of economic development.In the new situation,how to achieve the double promotion of economic and environmental benefits at the same time,is an important problem to be solved by the current water enterprises.Taking the Haining water group as the research object,this paper aims at making the appropriate development strategy,and carries out a strategic analysis,strategic implementation and strategic guarantee for the Haining water group.First,the PEST analysis and Potter five force model are used to analyze the external macro environment and industry environment of Haining water group,and the internal management environment is analyzed.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages of the group,and the SWOT matrix is constructed.Secondly,according to the analysis results,the appropriate development strategy is selected,that is,on the basis of asset operation and capital operation as a link,it continues to promote the development of water supply and drainage business,extends and expands the business chain of water related industry chain,bases on the region and explores regional expansion,and strives to become the leading regional water and comprehensive environmental service provider.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding strategy implementation plan,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of organization,policy,funds and talents.There are two main aspects of the innovation in this paper.First,from the use of endogenous resources to internal and external resources integration and utilization of the transformation,broaden investment and financing channels,pay attention to the introduction and application of external scientific and technological resources,improve labor productivity.Second,from a single water service to water and comprehensive environment service transformation,a steady extension of the industrial chain,to seek new profit points,and enhance the power of sustainable development.
