A Study On The Interactive Correlation Effect Between Producer Services And Manufacturing In Shandong Province

With the acceleration of the industrialization process and the development of new industrialization,the global economic development trend is closer to the service economy.In order to comply with the trend of the development of the times,the producer service industry is gradually separated from the original manufacturing function in the form of business outsourcing,which has become an important driving force for regional economic growth.In order to realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the transformation of traditional economic development mode,research on the industrial correlation effect of producer service industry and manufacturing industry will provide an important supporting force for promoting industrial integration,improving the quality of economic development and realizing the progress of science and technology.As a big traditional manufacturing province in China,the industrial development of Shandong Province is mainly based on the traditional industries of resource consumption and labor-intensive.The development of strategic emerging technology industries is relatively weak,as well as the unreasonable industrial structure and low proportion of high-tech industries,which are the important factors restricting the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in Shandong Province.In the rapid economic development process,such as how to break through the barrier of economic development and realize the positive interaction between manufacturing industry and producer service industry has become the key factor for Shandong to change from a big economic province to a strong one.Shandong Province,as a big traditional manufacturing province in China,relying on the strong industrial foundation and the promotion of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,the manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,and has become an important manufacturing base in China.However,there are still problems such as serious resource consumption and environmental pollution,unreasonable industrial structure and relatively backward development of high-end manufacturing industry.On the other hand,the backward development of producer services in Shandong province leads to the relatively low overall level of the tertiary industry,and it is difficult to form an interactive effect with the development of manufacturing industry.In order to seek the sustainable development path of industry in Shandong Province,realize the transformation of intelligent,high-end and informatization of manufacturing industry,realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and realize the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing industry,it is an industry An effective way to extend to the high-end link of the value chain and improve the industrial production efficiency.This paper first review of domestic and foreign scholars' research,describes the development relationship between them from the perspectives of demand theory,supply theory,interaction theory and integration theory,and expounds the internal mechanism of interactive development based on the four aspects of social division of labor,value chain,industrial cluster and innovation theory.Based on the input-output model and the macro data of Shandong Province from 2006 to 2018,this paper identifies the sub sectors of producer service industry in Shandong Province,analyzes the industrial correlation effect and development status between the two industries in detail,then uses VAR econometric model to further study the interaction effect between the sub sectors of producer service industry and manufacturing industry,and analyzes the industrial development of Shandong Province in detail Finally,combined with the actual situation of economic development in Shandong Province,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the benign interaction of industries.
