As the advanced elements, the producer services provide the low-cost intermediate products for the manufacturing, and improving manufacturing production efficiency, enhancing innovation, improving the overall competitiveness of the manufacturing, at the same time, that the development of manufacturing would stimulate the development and upgrade of producer services, both become more close increasingly. The development of advanced manufacturing and producer services need the positive interaction of both. At present, the manufacturing of the Henan Province is low-grade, and depend on the primary processing, and the behind concept of services, and the producer services develop slowly, and the modern producer services has just started, so the positive interaction of the producer servicers and manufacturing can drive the upgrade of the manufacturing, building an advanced manufacturing base, adjusting the industrial structure, transforming economic growth mode, taking a new road to industrialization, promoting a leap and large development for Henan Province economic.The paper researches the relationship between producer services and manufacturing, combined theoretical research and statistical methods, based on the national and Henan statistics, and 2007 input-output table data of Henan Province. First of all, it describes the current situation of home and abroad research about producer services and manufacturing, and it introduces concept and definition and features of producer services. Secondly, by analyzing interrelated statistical data and using input-output anaWsis, it summarizes the status and problems of producer services and manufacturing, which are lack of interaction and that manufacturing has less demand for the knowledge and technology-intensive producer sercices, and that the producer services is lag, so these cause a low-grade of manufacturing and slow development of producer services.Then, based on the interactive mechanism of producer services and manufacturing, the paper explains the interaction conditions of Henan Province producer service and manufacturing, mainly having government actions, economic conditions, demand, labor, information technology and other factors, and it constructs the interactive mechanism model to promote the development of Henan Province producer services and manufacturing. Finally, the paper proposes some suggestions to promote positive interaction development between producer service and manufacturing, needing good policy environment, extending the industrial chain of manufacturing, promoting gather of producer services, dividing producer services into the priority service area, support service areas and special service areas, and focusing on developing modern logistics, finance, science and technology and software industries.
