Research On Construction And Application Of Safety Production Standardization System For Highway Construction Enterprises In Shanxi Province

Safety is the basic condition for survival and sustainable development of people,and it is an important guarantee for the rich countries and economic development,snd the safety production of highway construction enterprises has irreplaceable significance to ensure the construction of transportation infrastructure in china.This paper put forward the construction of road and bridge engineering construction enterprise construction safety standardization system through in-depth analysis of production safety accidents of transportation engineering construction enterprises,and further build a standardized evaluation system for safety production of Shaanxi province highway construction enterprises,and to evaluate the highway construction of Shaanxi province enterprise and a highway construction enterprise B Construction safety standardization grade.The specific research contents are as follow:The paper introduces the concept of standardization system of safe production in enterprises and the four basic principle of clear enterprise safety production standardization management,expounds the standardization of safety production enterprises have targeted,dynamic,utility and compatibility features for the construction safety production standardization and safety standardization evaluation expansion.This paper presents the construction process of highway construction enterprises safety standardization index system,including sixteen enterprises improve the safety standardization evaluation index security objectives,management agencies and personnel,safety responsibility system,regulations and safety management system,safety investment,equipment and facilities,to build a comprehensive internal safety production,construction personnel,construction equipment four environmental and safety production management system.This paper determines the safety assessment score list of highway construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province,and provides the basis for the safety assessment of road and bridge construction enterprises in Shaanxi province Combined with the specific situation of highway construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province,and based on the on-site evaluation method of enterprise safety standardization evaluation method.This paper demonstrates the feasibility and superiority of Shaanxi province highway construction enterprise safety production standardization system and the construction of enterprise safety standardization evaluation system was evaluated by two Shaanxi province highway construction units.
