Most of the students in the secondary vocational schools are the junior middle school students who have no hope of raising,the basic knowledge of the culture is low,the learning motivation is not high,the learning motivation is weak,and the "mixed" mentality is more common.JY vocational middle school in sichuan province is a professional hotel,which is not very technical and has no requirement for students' learning ability.In the context of poor students' learning and parents' lack of concern for their students' learning,the study motivation of the university's hotel students is obvious.Based on the investigation of vocational middle school of sichuan JY hotel professional management status,and using questionnaire to investigate the problem of the hotel professional students learning motivation,based on the achievement motivation theory,utility theory,reinforcement theory,etc.,combining with the design target and principle,for the secondary vocational schools to design a set of strategies to improve students' learning motivation,the strategy include training mode,course system building,diversified teaching methods,teaching according to individual differences,etc.,and gives the corresponding safeguard measures.The main conclusion: firstly,most students of JY vocational middle school have some problems in learning motivation,and even some students have serious motivation problems.Teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of learning objectives and the cultivation of interest.In the cultivation of learning motivation,we should pay attention to individual differences.We should start with gender,grade and whether to be a single parent,and pay more attention to boys,high school students,only children and single parent families.Second,teachers should focus on the four aspects of material pursuit,personal achievement,social orientation and pursuit of knowledge.And it should pay attention to individual differences,mainly from gender,grade,whether to be an only child,whether to be a single parent family.The male focus on the pursuit of personal achievement,the female focus on the pursuit of the material;In the second grade,he cultivates his learning motivation from the pursuit of knowledge,social orientation,material pursuit,personal pursuit,and fear of failure.The only child focuses on the pursuit of the pursuit of knowledge.Non-only-child is the pursuit of social orientation and fear of failure.Single parent families are more dependent on small group orientation and should pay attention to the people they value.Third,from the training mode of "high degree ascending + skills",post group and cultivating mode as the core,perfect curriculum system,diversified teaching methods,teaching according to individual differences in four aspects to improve students' learning motivation.
