Study On The Implementation Of Precise Poverty Alleviation Policy In Lvliang City,Shanxi Province

Poverty is one of the most serious challenges in today’s world,Eliminating poverty still requires concerted efforts from all countries in the world.AS the most populous country in the world,still 82 million 490 thousand rural poor people in our country by the end of 2013,The incidence of poverty is 8.5%.Under the new poverty background,Chinese government put forward the strategy of precise poverty alleviation,in order to alleviate the poverty in 2020.Looking back on the history,it is not difficult to find that,as the development of economy,the old methods shows many problems,such as falsification,formalism of the result assessment,the waste of resources and so on,which makes the effect of poverty alleviation unsatisfactory.Under this background,the implementation of the precision poverty alleviation policy must be carried out.From the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,the article takes the city of Lvliang as the research object.Introducing the basic outline of Lvliang and the basic content of the policy of precision poverty alleviation,then chose poor peoples from Zhongyang Liulin and Lanxian fill in the questionnaire,according to the data from the questionnaire and the government work report,use the statistical software of the SPSS to carry out statistical analysis on the basic information of the poor population,the situation of accurate help,the help effect and so on.We find that,behind the seemingly good effect of poverty alleviation,there are still some problems,such as the poor participation of the poor,some evaluation indexes are subjective,the weak force of the poverty alleviation team,financial poverty alleviation is weak,and the formalization of the assessment of the effect and so on.In order to solve these problems,I offer some proposal to improve the work of poverty alleviation work in the future,mobilizing the poor take part in this process,strengthen the force of the team,improve the working ability of every worker,consummate the financial poverty alleviation,mobilize the social forces take part in this work and strict require the process of the final assessment process.
