Under the existing standards,helping to lift the shackles of tens of millions of poor people out of poverty concerns the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the "13th Five-Year Plan" of our country and shoulders the heavy responsibility of the great Chinese dream.How to do a precise job of helping the poor and laying a solid foundation for poverty alleviation has risen to a national strategic plan and has become the top priority of the party and state center work.Juye County of Shandong Province has carried out the strategic deployment of national,provincial and municipal governments and conducted various kinds of measures in parallel to carry out precise poverty alleviation work.While achieving certain achievements,it also encountered many problems and difficulties.The economy of Juye County,The province out of the middle reaches of the level of its precise work on poverty alleviation to identify problems and explore ways to solve,not only for Heze City,an important practical significance,but also for all other lower than the poverty in Shandong Province,there is some reference.Based on the theory of precise poverty alleviation,this paper comprehensively uses interviews,literature research,comparative analysis and other analysis methods to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion of the precise poverty alleviation work in Juye County and finds out some of its current problems,including: Inaccurate precision identification,village cadres bureaucracy,lack of diversity in support,inaccurate use of financial resources,formalization of poverty alleviation performance appraisal,and difficulties in maintaining the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,Innovate and improve the mechanism of precise identification,encourage the masses to participate in poverty alleviation work,strengthen the ideological education of the masses,strengthen the input and use supervision of poverty alleviation funds,formulate reasonable assessment mechanisms and increase the training and selection of resident teams The corresponding aspects of the proposed countermeasures.
