Research On Crowdsourcing Logistics Service Quality Evaluation System Based On Cloud Model

Crowdsourcing logistics model is a product of the Shared Economy by integrating the idle resources of the society to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve the efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,the above advantages have also led to a number of service quality problems,such as uneven quality of part-time courier,no orders for goods,leakage of customer identity information,damaged goods,etc.,which resulting in a decline in customer satisfaction.Many problems of the company are followed.Therefore,improving the quality of crowdsourcing logistics services has become the focus of the enterprise,and the quality of services has also become a key point for the sustainable development of crowdsourcing logistics companies.However,existing studies mostly focus on the improvement of the quality of crowdsourcing logistics services from qualitative aspects such as industry policies,regulations and regulatory mechanisms.There are few quantitative studies and lack of data support.Therefore,how to use a quantitative and objective evaluation method to evaluate the service quality of crowdsourced logistics to improve the service quality of crowdsourcing logistics companies is of utmost importance.So many evaluations of crowdsourcing logistics are mostly qualitative fuzzy language which have limitations.So use the cloud model to improve the analytic hierarchy process when determining the index weights,and use the cloud model to improve the judgment matrix scale.Firstly,based on the analysis of related literature and customer's perception of crowdsourcing logistics service,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of crowdsourcing logistics services,and establishes a crowdsourcing logistics service quality evaluation index system.Then use the improved AHP of the cloud model to calculate the weights of the relevant indicators.The specific methods are divided into: the first use of the cloud model to portray the importance,so as to obtain the importance of group decision-making;the second establish a scale judgment matrix;the third step calculates the weight based on the multiplication of the cloud model.Using the cloud model to improve the hierarchy of the analytic hierarchy process' s judgment matrix to assign weights to the evaluation index system of crowdsourcing logistics service quality can reflect the objectivity to a greater extent.Finally,through the simulation study,the factors affecting the quality of crowdsourcing logistics services based on customer perception are analyzed.The evaluation results provide a basis for companies to improve their crowdsourcing logistics service quality and provide a basis for reference and decision-making.The feasibility and effectiveness of model improvement analytic hierarchy process in the evaluation of crowdsourcing logistics service quality.
