As competition has become inense in logistics markets,it is very difficult to achieve service excellence by shrinking margis and tight budget.Not only TPL enterprise but the customers consider it the concentrated reflection of service effect and the life of logistics enterprises.Thus,there is a very practical significance on the evaluatiou of the TPL enterprise'service quality.In order to lay a foundation for this papers ,it is begin with the comparative of domestic and international logistics service quality theory, then explained the concept of logistics services quality and summarizes the characteristics of modern logistics service quality, for the evaluation of the angle of the identification and evaluation provide a basis for the selection of, then proposed the problems and shortcomings of the existing logistics service quality evaluation system .And then from TPL enterprises and customers'comprehensive perspective, integrated SERVQUAL model and the LSQ models, in the light of China's logistics enterprises in the classification of evaluation criteria, from the logistics service quality, technical quality level and feature level, explore the establishment of a focus on three different types of resolution three logistics companies the quality of service evaluation system. Then, In comparing the various advantages and disadvantages of multi-index evaluation method, proposed using fuzzy AHP method to evaluate third party logistics service quality, and using the method to analysis and verify the specific cases . Finally, protece the future of the research direction for this research field.
