With the rapid development of economy,the enterprise's own internal environment is undergoing dramatic changes,the external environment is also becoming increasingly complex,intensified market competition,some enterprises began to human resource management as a strategic task.Under the incentive of salary,employees are more willing and more diligent to create economic benefits for enterprises.If an enterprise does not build a scientific and standard salary management system,it will lose the advantage of human resources,especially the rapid development of various industries in recent years.Companies on the market an intensified the battle for talent,have a "good birds choose wood and habitat",how to retain the backbone,the introduction of talent,became a common subject of the society,and salary management has played a central role in it.This thesis chose a high and new technology in the electronic communications industry L company as the research object,in understanding and exploration companies,found that the lack of post evaluation,existing in the current compensation system of too much subjective factors profit-driven,compensation often deviates from the actual work staff and business to complete the quality high and low,in view of the above problem,this paper combines the post analysis of the questionnaire investigation,interview method and factor meter point method and other methods of post evaluation for L company has carried on the analysis and evaluation,Finally,based on the job analysis and evaluation results,a more perfect and more scientific compensation guidance scheme is designed.Through the compensation design,I learned a lot of analysis and job evaluation theory and the field,at the same time for the whole process of compensation design,methods,and also deepen the understanding of the role of.Finally,it is hoped that the salary design of L company can play a role in practice,which can be used for reference in similar enterprises.
