Scientific and reasonable salary system is one of the important means to attract,motivate and retain talents.Post value evaluation is the basis of ensuring the scientific and reasonable compensation system,the two are closely related.Based on the post value evaluation,the salary design can fully reflect the value of employees,stimulate the potential of employees,effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,and promote the rapid development of enterprises.In this paper,Yingli group as the research object,mainly uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey and interview method,benchmarking method,the final design of the job evaluation salary results as the basis for the Yingli group.By reading a lot of job evaluation and salary management of the relevant literature,and summarizes the general scientific job evaluation and salary design principles and steps,and provides a theoretical basis and methods for compensation design;based on the questionnaire survey and interviews on the company most of the staff,combined with the industry salary level,diagnosis the main problems currently existing salary management;through job analysis to optimize the existing jobs,job evaluation to determine the salary level,the incumbent and the post office requirements,determine a series of measures a salary level,effectively solve the present salary level of internal and external unfair competition does not have the main problems.In the end,this paper puts forward the prospect of the future research on the system of employee career development and performance appraisal.
