Application Research On Supplier Management Oriented JIT Purchasing In Automobile Enterprise

Just-in-time Production originated from Japan's Toyota Production System.The core goal of JIT is to realize the "Zero Inventory" in enterprise by reducing inventory as much as possible,reduce the occupation of capital and inventory cost,improve enterprise core competence.JIT purchasing,as an important link in JIT production,is different from traditional purchase method in quality control,supply and demand relation,delivery management,etc.JIT Purchasing can also quicken stock turnover,shorten lead time, improve quality and get good delivery result.So far,most foreign enterprises have been applying JIT Purchasing in whole or in part and achieved good results.Because of the high requirement of the fundamental work for enterprise and staff quality and management level,JIT purchasing method has been implemented in few enterprises,mainly concentrating on automobile and electronic industry,and the application level must be improved promptly.How to efficiently implement the JIT Purchasing to innovate procurement management has become the crucial issue for most automobile enterprisesThe article with a view to the study on field of purchase and supply logistics in Automobile Manufacturing Industry in China,applies the thoughts of JIT to the logistics operation between automobile works and the parts' supplier on the supply-chain,to implement JIT purchasing and reduce inventory cost and accelerate reaction rate.Firstly,through consulting relevant documents at home and abroad,describe the characteristics and connotation of,and analyze the features and advantages of the JIT purchasing compared with the traditional purchasing mode.Secondly,propose the necessity of implement on JIT purchasing for Supply-Chain Management,and discussion its realizing mode,after analyzing the status on Supplier Management and purchasing management in automobile enterprise. Thirdly,in view of the significance of strategic supplier's choice and management to JIT procurement implementing,the paper,using the improved TOPSIS method and entropy method,mainly establishes comprehensive evaluation index system of parts' supplier for automobile enterprise,forms a set of complete supplier evaluation selection model,and chooses the strategic supplier.Establishing order allocation model based on JIT purchasing and using software lingo to calculate share of purchasing from every supplier make purchasing least cost,convenient,accurate and maneuverable,which provide quantitative analysis foundation for implementing JIT purchasing.Then using the game theory,analyzes the relationship between automobile enterprise and supplier and makes countermeasure of establishing and maintaining cooperative relationship between DPCA and supplier,and using principal-agent theory,establishes incentive mechanism of automobile enterprise to supplier.Finally,the application of JIT Purchasing in the enterprise is prospected and personal opinions are proposed for discussion.
