As Chinese economic growth,some people have a certain amount of idle funds,the traditional bank lending platform has not enough to meet the financing needs of micro-enterprises,personal consumption and investment demand.Our P2 P network lending platform model business emerged with the rapid development of computer application and modern information technology condition.The progress of modern people's consumption ideas and the gradual increasing quantity of micro-enterprise has served the development of our P2 P network lending platform.It becomes core problem that how to make the platform to get more market share,win more small and medium-sized enterprises to raise revenue and the trust of lenders and borrowers.Based on P2 P lending platform customer satisfaction analysis,this paper analyzes the platform for P2 P lending business present situation and existing problems,and summarizes the impact of the P2 P network lending platform for business development of customer satisfaction factors and identify the main factors.It has a directive function for P2 P network lending platform for sustainable development.
