With the rapid development of economy,the improvement of people's living standard,improve the quality of life,enhance the physical quality requirements increasingly strong,timely and raw dairy industry and% trend fast and strong,has become the fastest,the best growth of the "sunrise industry development of China's food industry".However,China's dairy industry development time is short,the overall level of production is low,the production is still relatively backward,while people's consumption concept is backward,the level of consumption is relatively low,affecting the development of dairy industry.Therefore,how to use modern marketing management knowledge to promote the development of dairy industry and improve the competitiveness of dairy enterprises,is the content of this study and the direction of exploration.In this paper,A dairy company as the research object,the first part of the theory in detail marketing theory,objective analysis of China's dairy industry and A dairy company's marketing environment,and on the basis of A dairy company's marketing strategy is determined.And from the establishment of competitive intelligence system,marketing system and to the national three aspects of marketing strategy.At the end of this paper combined with the A dairy live,choose suitable products,cooperation and implement alliance sales organization,the product of the strategic planning and marketing plan.As well as the A dairy to choose the specific standards and the specific requirements of the implementation of the recommendations and other recommendations.In this paper,based on the investigation and research,we collect first-hand information,through the analysis of the external environment and internal environment of A,we find out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats.On this basis,the paper puts forward the marketing strategy of A dairy industry,hoping to have some reference for the healthy development of enterprises.
