| Dairy industry is an important component of agriculture, its development is an important symbol of the modernization of agriculture. It has an important role in animal husbandry to promote industrial upgrading, optimize the agricultural structure, increase the income of peasents,and improve the national physique. Therefore ,in this article we use the study of management and livestock economics theory to analyzes Tai'an City Taishan District Dairy development and management problems by application of empirical research and literature analysis in order to study Taishan District Dairy development strategy .First of all, this article analyzes the strategic environment of the dairy industry both from abroad and domestic level. Secondly, Taishan district dairy industry is divided into two parts :the Milk Processing Industry and the Dairy Farming Industry and we do the SWOT analysis to the two parts.We point out that the Strengths and Opportunities in Dairy Farming industry include organizational advantages, policy advantages, technological advantages, advantages for disease control and prevention; expansion of the dairy market, population and output growth, increasing the degree of feeding, increasing the level of service and role in promoting the rural economy. The weaknesses and threats of Dairy Farming industry include low degree of seed, farmers keeping extensive management, low level of standardization of milk production, lack of farmer awareness, inadequate veterinary management system; expand scale farming difficulties, weak technical support system, the impact of Sanlu case. The Strengths and Opportunities in Dairy development industry include driven ability to enhance enterprises, expanded scale enterprises, and strengthening links with the interests of farmers; increased market concentration of Dairy development industry, changes in consumer demand, increasing competition. The weaknesses and threats of Dairy development industry include limited consumer groups , the lack of uniform standards, not closely linked businesses and farmers mechanism; improvement of the cost of production, downturn in the overall economic situation, credibility crisis of whole industry .Finally,we put forward some countermeasures of Dairy farming and Milk processing industry. The countermeasures include Strengthening institution, setting up Milk Co-operation, large-scale business and industrial technological innovation, feeding patterns and management of development of Dairy farming industry and increasing product development ,improving the United Association, supporting the strong enterprises, strengthening macro-control, restoring consumer confidence and so on.The purpose of the article is to supply ideas for the development of Dairy industry in Taishan district,Tai'an city. |
