Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Technology Extension In Beijing

Agricultural technology promotion refers to the use of experimental,demonstration,training,guidance and advisory services,the agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery scientific and technological achievements and practical technology to promote the use of the whole process of agricultural production activities.At present,the development of grassroots agricultural organizations in our country is still in a relatively low position.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to promote the existing problems of grassroots agricultural technology,put forward the relevant improvement measures and policy recommendations.In order to achieve this established goal,this paper will analyze the current situation and existing problems of grassroots agricultural technology promotion in Beijing.Summed up the experience of grassroots agricultural extension organizations at home and abroad,the use of agricultural technology to promote the relevant theory,come to solve the problems of agricultural technology to promote the relevant countermeasures.This paper uses the methods of empirical research and literature reference to analyze and study the problems and countermeasures of agricultural technology popularization in Beijing.In this paper,the theory of motivation,communication theory,human resources theory as the main theoretical basis for the study.It is found that there are many problems in the promotion of grassroots agricultural technology in our country,mainly as follows: the function and system are not perfect,the overall quality of the staff is not high,the special funds are insufficient,the market level is low and the farmers' The main reasons are: lack of accountability,promotion of inadequate training and low treatment,uneven distribution of funds and inadequate supervision,agricultural technology is difficult to meet market demand,farmers lack of systematic training and quality education.According to the above issues raised: to promote the reform and construction of agricultural technology system,to strengthen the quality of agricultural research and promotion group staff,increase the intensity of special funds and the use of efficiency,standardize the agricultural technology system and market order,strengthen the quality of farmers and agricultural skills Training and other countermeasures.
