After 30 years of development,China agricultural economic development has entered a new stage of historical development,gradually from the traditional labor-intensive traditional agriculture to the modern transition of the pursuit of quality and efficiency,capital,technology investment gradually increased,increasing the level of specialized production.At present,China's traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture,"Climbing"stage,the farmers have gradually entered an open social division of labor production and management system.Modern agriculture is a dynamic and relative concept.With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the connotation of modern agriculture will be continuously enriched and improved.In this process,the establishment of a high-quality agricultural science and technology promotion personnel has important practical significance for the development of modem agriculture,and then become the key to improve the comprehensive quality education path of agricultural science and technology promotion personnel team.Taking Yongzhou city as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the willingness and satisfaction of Yongzhou agricultural science and technology extension personnel,and puts forward the main problems and Countermeasures of the current personnel re education.The thesis is divided into seven chapters,the research method is as follows:firstly,the agricultural science and technology promotion personnel related theory and education are summarized,including the theory of technological progress and human capital theory,then analyzes the present situation of agricultural science and technology extension personnel in Yongzhou Education(goal,way and effect),and the use of empirical analysis the survey data of the agricultural science and technology extension personnel in Yongzhou education intention and satisfaction,finally pointed out that the agricultural science and technology promotion personnel and education problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main conclusions are:(1)the characteristics of the re education of agricultural science and technology extension personnel mainly include special characteristics,targeted,professional,and so on.(2)divided into agricultural extension staff s factors and participate in the process of two kinds of influence factors of willingness to participate in the education of agricultural extension workers in Yongzhou City,through the investigation found that the promotion of agricultural science and technology personnel age is big,the relevant departments of education and not enough attention.(3)the city of Yongzhou agricultural extension staff re education willingness to participate in education,working years,professional title,Department,unit duty seriously,then the education content and the work degree of 11 variables is large,and the agricultural extension staff on the current education of general satisfaction.(4)the popularization of agricultural science and technology personnel in Yongzhou education problems of staff re education lack of knowledge,lack of financial investment,bad environment,discomfort,such as improper content mode,need to raise awareness,increase publicity efforts to encourage implementation,funding,security education steadily improve,improve the comprehensive environmental education,expand education model.
