Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Technology Extension In Yunyang County, Chongqing City

China is a large agricultural country.The development of modern agriculture plays an important role on rapidly developing Chinese economy.Use of modern agricultural technology is the key of development of modern agriculture.To fully implement the rural revitalization strategy and the goal of rural beauty,strong agriculture,rich farmers,carrying out roundly agrotechnical work is prerequisite.Yunyang county is located in the northeast of Chongqing,with a registered population of 1.36 million.Covering an area of 3,649 square kilometers,it ranks the fifth in terms of population and land area in Chongqing,and the 27 th in terms of economy in Chongqing.It is a major agricultural poor county,so the popularization of agricultural technology plays a crucial role in the agricultural economic development of Yunyang county.Based on the premise of consulting a large number of references,systematically studies and grasps the current situation of agrotechnical popularization and relevant concepts and theoretical principles of agrotechnical popularization in China,and understands the existing reform system and optimization measures of agrotechnical popularization in China.On this basis,online information inquiry,on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey are adopted to know the actuality and existing problems of popularization of agricultural technology in Yunyang county.Analysis come mainly from the comparison between the view of worker in agricultural technology extension center and that of mass.With the orientation of development of agricultural modernization,find the lack of Yunyang at this stage to carry out the work of agrotechnical popularization,which according to the actual situation of Yunyang county agricultural technology popularization system optimization.Suggestions are put forward.Through investigation and comparative analysis,it is found that there are six prominent problems in the process of agrotechnical popularization in Yunyang county.First,the peasant households have a low level of education and conservative thinking;Second,the professional and technical level of agricultural technical extension personnel is not high and the team is not stable;Third,the coverage rate of agricultural technology popularization is low;Fourth,the funds for agrotechnical popularization are seriously insufficient;Fifth,the current service mode of agrotechnical popularization is not well matched with the needs of farmers.Sixth,the achievement conversion rate of agricultural technology popularization in Yunyang county is still relatively low.In view of the existing problems in agricultural technology popularization in Yunyang county at the present stage,this paper focuses on the optimization ideas of "increasing investment,stabilizing institutions,improving the system,strengthening the team,improving the quality,strengthening the management,optimizing the popularization mechanism",etc.The overall optimization requirements are returned to the five aspects of strengthening the public welfare function of the government,activating the vitality of the agricultural market,optimizing the system of agrotechnical popularization,improving the technical level of farmers and increasing economic benefits.To strengthen the publicity and education and change the farmer's thought;Establish multi-channel investment integration mechanism;To improve the professional level of promotion personnel and realize promotion specialization;The implementation of "one person,one village" project which the professionals really precipitation grassroots;Agricultural technology popularization shall be carried out in a variety of ways to continuously expand the extension service areas;Integration of resources and establishment of regional extension service center station to realize the integration of agricultural technology extension system.
