With the continuous development of Internet technologies,Internet finance has developed rapidly and various innovative financial products have emerged.As a new bank operation mode,direct selling banks have received extensive attention due to their dematerialization,low operating costs,and convenience.In foreign countries,direct selling banks are already at a mature stage,but domestic direct selling banks are still at the initial stage.As an innovative internet finance,direct banking is an important exploration of commercial banks seeking to transform themselves into new business growth points under interest rate marketization and internet financial shocks.It is an important part of banking business,and it is for traditional banks to meet Internet finance in the new era.The company's challenges are of great significance and can also be used to tap more incremental markets for banks.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of direct selling banks at this stage.This article takes the Bank of Gansu direct bank as an example,combines case analysis method and comparative analysis method,and analyzes the basic concepts and characteristics of direct selling banks and the development of domestic and foreign direct selling banks.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats faced by bank of Gansu direct-selling bank product innovations were challenged and the SWOT matrix was constructed.This paper puts forward the problems of direct sales bank product innovation in Bank of Gansu,such as the imbalanced direct sales banking product structure,serious homogenization of direct selling bank products,low profitability of direct selling bank products,and insufficient technical support for direct selling bank products.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of direct banking products such as Minsheng Bank Direct Banking,Industrial Bank Direct Banking,Harbin Bank Direct Banking,and Kunlun Direct Banking,and summarizes the trends of the development of China's direct selling banks,including the development trend of business models,and increases independence.We will expand our customer base,expand direct sales banking and Internet finance companies,and more.On the basis of summarizing the overall thinking of Bank of Gansu direct sales bank product innovation,Bank of Gansu direct sales were proposed from the aspects of direct bank product differentiation strategy,direct sales of silver product marketing strategy,direct bank product innovation risk prevention,and direct bank product innovation technical support.Bank product innovation countermeasures and suggestions.The basic idea of Bank of Gansu direct selling bank product innovation is to clarify the market orientation of the direct selling bank.Product innovation and design should emphasize the concepts of generalized financial products,open platform services,and emphasis on financial security and support systems.And it is necessary to innovate direct sales banking products from the fields of payment,financing,investment and wealth management,and other fields.Promote cross-linked marketing of direct-border banking products,increase publicity efforts to enhance the brand image of direct-selling banks,and strengthen employee awareness of network marketing.In the aspect of direct product bank product innovation risk management and control,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention of external fraud event risks,strengthen the prevention and control of internal operational risks,and enhance the risk cues of direct selling bank products.It is necessary to improve the direct product bank's product innovation support system,make full use of big data technology to integrate resources,strengthen direct selling bank security and internet anti-fraud technology innovation,and strengthen the direct talent innovation team construction.
