Research On The Supply Of Tourism Public Services In Lhasa

With the booming development of tourism in recent years,tourism has become one of the strategic pillar industries in the development of our national economy.The popularization of self-help tourism,such as cycling and self-driving,makes the government departments concerned pay more attention to the value and importance of tourism public services,and tourism public service has become one of the important signs to measure the maturity of an urban tourism industry.As a well-known tourist city both at home and abroad,the development of tourism plays an important role in the economic development of Lhasa and even the Tibet Autonomous Region.Taking the tourism public service supply in Lhasa as the research object,this paper aims to find out the existing problems on the premise of analyzing the present situation of tourism public service supply in Lhasa,and put forward some suggestions to improve the tourism public service supply system in Lhasa and promote the construction of the service government in Lhasa,so as to provide reference for tourism related government departments.In the course of the research,three research methods,literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,are mainly used.On the premise of collecting relevant literature about tourism public service,the present situation of tourism public servicesupply in Lhasa is expounded from four aspects: Supply Subject,supply content,supply mode and supply level.This paper mainly introduces the Tourism Information Consulting Service,Tourism Security Service,tourist traffic convenient service,tourist convenience service and Tourism Administration Service.With reference to the twelfth and Thirteenth five-year plans of the National Tourism Public Service and the research results of relevant experts,the evaluation index system of Tourism Public Service supply level in Lhasa has been designed,which contains 5 Standard and 21 index layers.The weight of each index was determined by AHP,and the weights of five indexes were 0.16 ~ 0.35 ~ 0.30 ~ 0.14 and 0.05 respectively.Then according to the index system,the tourist questionnaire is compiled,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the results of the survey in detail.The results show that the supply level of tourism public information service,tourism security service and tourism administration service is "general",and the supply level of tourism convenience service is "better".The supply level of tourism convenient service is "poor",and the total supply level of tourism public service content in Lhasa is "general".Through the analysis of the current supply situation,this paper holds that the tourism public service in Lhasa has some problems,such as too single supply subject,unbalanced supply content,lack of innovation of supply mode and the need to improve supply level.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first,to promote the diversified development of the main body of tourism public service supply;second,to perfect the content of tourism public service supply,specifically including the establishment of tourism public information platform,To strengthen the construction of tourism safety and security system,to improve tourism traffic convenience services,to improve tourism convenience services and to strengthen tourism complaints and supervision and management services,the third is to innovate the supply mode of tourism public services.Strengthen the cooperation between government and social capital,reduce the financial burden of government and improve the efficiency of tourism public service supply.
