Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tax-related Public Opinion Management In A City's Tax System

As a basic way to adjust the distribution of interests,taxation is closely related to people's livelihood.In 2018,the State Taxation and Local Taxation agencies were merged,reintegrating the two taxes that had been established separately for 24 years,marking a crucial step in the reform of the collection and administration system of the State Taxation and Local Taxation.With the continuous progress of the society and the continuous improvement of the taxpayers' consciousness of subject,the consciousness of the rule of law and the consciousness of safeguarding rights,the citizens are more concerned about and sensitive to taxation.Under the new tax background,tax-related public opinion presents some new characteristics.Therefore,how to strengthen the public opinion response and management ability of the tax department under the new situation is an important topic in front of the new tax authorities.The tax system of A City started early in dealing with the management of tax-related public opinions,and has accumulated rich experience in dealing with the management of public opinions on the basis of the former national and local taxes.However,with the accelerating process of social development and the new situation brought about by the merger of institutions,many new situations and new problems emerge one after another.The tax department of A City still has some problems in handling and managing public opinions.Therefore,under the new tax background,it is of great practical significance to conduct in-depth research on how to better deal with the tax-related public opinion management and put forward suggestions on public opinion management.Through case analysis and interview method,this paper systematically introduces the status quo of public opinion response management in A city's tax system,and analyzes the new characteristics of tax-related public opinion under the new situation.Combination mechanism before and after the merger of two other cases social security public opinion and all levels of personnel interview,dig deeper into the city of A tax system in tax management of public opinion to deal with the main problems and the reasons,finally,in view of the problems and reasons,for A city tax system upgrading management ability tax-related public opinion for feasible Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
