| In the process of production,operation and management,production optimization is an indispensable link.Production optimization,that is,through the analysis and take measures to improve and improve the production.Cost control is one of the important purposes of enterprise operation management.In the fierce market competition,adopting scientific and effective methods to optimize production is an important means for enterprises to reduce production costs,increase profits and enhance competitiveness.NBR synthetic rubber,also called Nitrile Butadiene rubber,is an important synthetic rubber.In the current economic environment,the capacity of NBR industry is gradually surplus,the competition among enterprises is increasing,and the cost of production is rising day by day.Lanzhou Petrochemical Company has two sets of NBR synthetic rubber production equipment,which is an important rubber production equipment in china.In recent years,the industry competition and rising production costs,the cost of production equipment gradually increased,production optimization by taking measures to reduce production cost,increase profits,is an urgent need for enterprise development..According to the actual production situation of two sets of rubber units,it is the focus of this paper to analyze and propose production optimization measures to reduce production and operation costs.The production of two measures to optimize the thesis: one is based on two sets of device as the research object,comparative analysis of two sets of equipment production,product grade and production cost data,product distribution scheme is put forward two sets of devices.The two is to study the mathematical model of the opening and closing conditions of the two sets of equipment,and through the adjustment of some variables,the lowest cost operating conditions are obtained.In this paper,through the production and operation management ideas to solve the existing problems in the enterprise,not only can put forward the production optimization measures at the quantitative level,but also can provide some reference for the similar production optimization.Therefore,the results of this study have certain practical significance. |
