The procurement of non-productive materials usually refers to the purchase of indirect production materials in enterprises.For some enterprises with large business scale,the types of non-production materials purchased and the number of suppliers are large.The work content is quite trivial,the degree of systematization is low,and management and control are difficult,thus virtually increasing the company's procurement costs and efficiency.Therefore,strengthening the procurement process optimization and management of non-productive materials has become an important area for improving the management level of non-productive materials procurement.It is of great significance to save procurement costs and improve procurement efficiency.This paper takes AC's non-productive material procurement process optimization as the research object,and provides some suggestions for improving the company's process efficiency.First of all,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and combs the current research situation of the topic at home and abroad,and summarizes and summarizes the concept of procurement,the connotation of supply chain management,supplier performance evaluation,and process optimization theory.This paper provides theoretical guidance for the research.Through the analysis of the current situation of the non-productive material procurement process of AC company,this paper describes the current situation of the non-productive material procurement of AC company,and points out the problems that the company has in the non-productive material procurement process.This includes lengthy and inefficient procurement processes,lack of vendor evaluation processes,and lack of basic data that affect process progress.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of the non-productive material procurement process of AC Company,including improving the process,optimizing the supplier evaluation process,and improving the data management platform.Finally,this paper implements a differentiated procurement strategy based on Kraljic procurement supply segmentation to establish the strategy of unproductive procurement.
