Research On Building Credit Risk Evaluation System For Cross-border E-commerce Enterprise In China

Recently,cross-border e-commerce in China develops rapidly.And cross-border export trade,which accounts for 85 percent of the total cross-border import and export trade,is the major part of the cross-border e-commerce.And the credit risk problem of cross-border e-commerce enterprise may be caused by the virtuality and information asymmetry of internet and it will have negative impact on further development of the enterprise.In this thesis,we build a credit risk evaluation system for cross-border e-commerce enterprise,which can help the enterprise know its credit grade and help it improve its credit specifically.This thesis makes an analysis about the current situation of cross-border e-commerce in China and credit risk evaluation system for cross-border e-commerce enterprise based on reorganizing the relevant literature.And then,this thesis put the emphasis on building the credit risk evaluation indicator system for cross-border e-commerce enterprise and credit evaluation model.In the process of building the credit risk evaluation indicator system for cross-border e-commerce enterprise and credit evaluation model,this thesis makes a detailed analysis for each step.We eventually build the credit risk evaluation model for cross-border e-commerce enterprise based on credit risk evaluation indicator system,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process.After acquiring some related indicator data of a cross-border e-commerce enterprise,this model can be used to calculate the comprehensive credit grade of the enterprise,which can provide some references for the enterprise to improve its credit and implement cross-border trade better.
