Because of the openness and anonymity of online transactions, the enterprises had been brought great risk. Credit risk has become e-commerce development bottleneck in our country. Therefore the research on enterprise credit evaluation has important practical significance. The paper firstly introduces the development of the B2B and the trust problem in electronic commerce. According to game theory, analysis of the causes of credit risk, further explains the necessity and feasibility of the enterprise credit evaluation. At present, most B2B sites usually add the result that net-merchants evaluate each other after the transaction. But the credit evaluation model in this paper is based on two fundamental principles:One is combining the offline certification and online assessment; The other is processing the evaluation result after the transaction. Contributions of the model are:(1) Evaluation ranks and evaluation indexes are more detailed.(2)Thought the result been processed with trader's credit value and lines of credit transactions effectively avoids the phenomena such as "exchange of praise," slander, as well as credit speculation. Evaluation results are more objective after being processed.
