In the times of credit economy, the rapid development of internet and inform-ation technology has provided a technological backup and an advantageous environment for e-commerce which has fundamentally transformed the existing economy and hugely promoted the global economic integration. Meanwhile, the credit economy can not develop without the establishment of a credit management system, and the corporate credit management becomes the key to enhance enterprise core competitiveness. Due to the incompleteness of our country's credit management system, however, dishonesty becomes a more and more common phenomena, which has impeded the corporate production and management. Thus, how to construct a corporate credit management system to solve the credit management problem facing the corporation has attracted much attention in the theoretical circle. As a business activity, e-commerce needs credit management which may probably be firstly applied in the field of e-commerce and the value of which may be best embodied there.E-commerce is the suitable for the existence and development of credit management, and also, it is comparably easier to build a credit management system on the basis of e-commerce. The focus of the discussion here is how to combine e-commerce and credit management, as well as how to construct a new credit management system.Based on the conditions of the corporation, this paper tries to rely on the complementary relationship between e-commerce and credit management to study the corporate management system. Through an overview of the related theories as to credit, credit management and credit assessment, we are attempting to analyse the foundation of corporate credit management in the context of e-commerce. Only in this way can we have a systematic understanding of the main factors influencing credit management model studies, and can we carry out a comprehensive evaluating studies on corporate credit management system, which may give support to the decision-making, innovation, the construction of core competitiveness and the corporate development.
