Corporate culture is the spiritual wealth and material form created by the enterprise in its production,operation and management activities.It is an inexhaustible motive force for the development of enterprises.In enterprise management,the theory that corporate culture is relatively new is considered by many companies as one of its core competencies and belongs to the category of soft power.In order to achieve such a realm,the level of corporate management must also reach the highest level.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market for the promotion of economic globalization at the current stage,state-owned energy companies must pay attention to the cultural development of enterprises and make them the core competitiveness of their own development.Jinneng Group was the first company in Shanxi Province to enter the Fortune500.After undergoing a large-scale strategic reorganization in 2013,the company's core competitiveness has been steadily improved.The reason is that Jinneng Group is guided by the corporate culture,and always adheres to and practices “do everything you can to promote Jinneng.The corporate culture promotes the hard integration of the industrial sector through the soft integration of corporate culture.The relevant research on Jinneng Group's culture and other fields is not only limited to providing new references for the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises,but also can provide new basis for other enterprises to carry out cultural construction.This article adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to study the history of the Jinneng Group's cultural construction,its characteristics in practice,and the role it ultimately plays,thus proposing the principles that need to be followed by the state-The Countermeasures for the Cultural Construction of State-owned Energy Enterprises.
