In order to exploit the relationship among the Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM)pressures, practices and performance, and to figure out whether the Quick Response(QR)will bring some influence to this relationship, this paper did an empirical research among Chinese enterprises by the means of questionnaire. The purpose of this paper is listed below: First, there are some research findings about GSCM,but the gap between research and practice can not be ignored in China. So this paper will do an empirical resecrch about this topic.Secondly, due to the influence of different cultural background, the enterprises will meet different pressures to practice GSCM.What pressure will make enterprises to do the practice? And what responses will different kind of enterprises show when they meet different kind of pressure? Finally, this paper will do a survey in the enterprises to figure out what effect the GSCM practice will have on the GSCM practice.Based on these we will bring out some discuss and implications.Using SPSS as a tool,we got some conclusion about the relationship among the three factors and brought out some suggestions to improve the situation. The contribution of this paper is listed below: First, bring the cost and logistics as factors of our research and prove the two factors made no difference in the research model.Secondly, providing some evidence about the uncertain topics, like the mediator effects of QR and the positive or negative effects GSCM practice will have on the performance. Finally, based on the comparison with the situation abroad, this paper made some suggestion to the government and enterprises in order to make some contribution to the reality.
