In recent years,the role of the internet becomes more and more important.With its' rapid development and people's increasing living standards.Therefore,people are willing to live a more healthy,green life and the demand for fresh produce is increasing as well.However,in the traditional distribution model,a lot of fresh produce can not be sent directly to the residents.Nowadays,fresh electricity supplier industry is gaining more and more attention from the customers.But the biggest difference between fresh products and ordinary items is that the fresh products become perishable much more easily and is not easy to save,which put forward a higher requirement for fresh food business enterprise distribution system that must be able to meet timely delivery,particular requirements throughout the cold chain.However,now the entire cold chain logistics industry still exist some problem such as the distribution system is relatively outmoded and the low degree of preservation of the products.Therefore,the fresh produce business enterprise should pay more attention full to take the advantage of its platform to improve the overall distribution efficiency and reduce overall system costs as the first target,on the one hand to improve their service level,it can also make the peoples' needs to be meet more easily.In the paper,we take a fresh produce business enterprise A as an example,by reading a lot of relevant information and materials to find the problem of the fresh food e-commerce company.Then analysis and compare various mature ways of system modeling,learning and using the system dynamics theory and simulation modeling techniques to build the model of fresh food e-commerce company.Based on the special characteristic of the Fresh food e-commerce company,according to the procedure of system modeling,first make clear of the scope of the system,establish the appropriate causation and draw the corresponding diagram.On this basis,according to the system dynamics method,verify the model we build.Finally,substitute the A company's data into the distribution model that has been established,using appropriate simulation software to simulate.After verifying the truthfulness of the built model,find the key factor which has huge impact on the fresh food e-commerce company's cold chain logistics and distribution system.Then make suggestions that g through centralized optimization decisions and reducing the random fluctuations of items distribution process delay time can improve overall system operational efficiency and reduce costs.
