With the market competition becoming fiercer and fiercer,the life cycle of the digital product becoming shorter and shorter,and the expectation of the customs becoming higher and higher,the cost of research and manufacturing is hard to get down,meanwhile,technology replacement and update are becoming faster and faster.So the project management cycle of the digital product gets more important than ever.This project is put forward under the situation of industry competition getting fiercer and fiercer.As for the companies those produce digital product,whose fate is decided by the research and pruduce cycle.In other words,through improving the level of the project schedule management,it will make the cycle of product research become shorter than before,so that it can make active response to customer's need and supply the solid foundation for the company development.This paper introduces the macroscopic background of digital measuring industry firstly,then summarizes the study of methods of project schedule management at home and abroad,and states the actual need of the digital dial project in Beijing Areaspace FengGuang Electronic & Technology Co.Ltd.,after that,summes up the problem of the digital dial project schedule management.This paper researches on the digital dial project,and it is based on the TOC theory and CCM theory.Considering of the Beijing aerospace Fengguang Electronics& technology corporation's characteristic,the writer proposes the CCM schedule management ideas and applies it on the researching and producing project.meanwhile uses critical chain method to build the solution for schedule plan and supervisory mechanism.Finally,it monitors the schedule on time by using the method of improved three-colour management.This paper applies some schedule management methods on the project of Beijing aerospace Fengguang Electronics& technology corporation,but also helps the enterprises whose situation are similar with Fengguang Electronics& technology corporation understand these theories and apply them on schedule management,it also possesses certain reference meaning for the enterprises applying CCM schedule management on project better.
