Study On Location Of Ore Logistics Center In Qingdao Port

China is biggest iron ore importer and consumer in the world.China has imported 932.5 million tons of iron ore from overseas in the past 2014.As the key node of ore transportation and the biggest import port of north China,it has important economic value and social significance to built ore logistics center in Qingdao port.The second part of the paper introduces the meaning of logistics center,classification,basic location principle and attention matters.Then analysis the development of the ore logistics in Qingdao port,and defines the connotation and function of the ore logistics center of Qingdao Port based the existing problems.Compared to general product logistics centers,ore logistics center selection is more complex and difficult to deal with because of the impact of non-economic factors.The fourth part analyzes the main factors that affect the location of Qingdao Port ore logistics center,and establishes the model of location.The main part in this paper,we built the index system of ore logistic centers location by way of document of comprehensive analysis and Delphi method in this paper.Besides,we apply the AHP comprehensive evaluations the main method of the optional location by comparing several methods of logistics center location.We complete the location analysis by using above method.But,because of the limit of time and funds,we use Delphi method to mark some quantitative index.This is the deficiency of this paper and the focus of the following study.
