Research On Problems And Solution For The Oil Exports Of Russia

The oil resource in Russia is rich.Russia is the world's rich-oil country.During the economic transition period,the oil industry is one of the most important pillar of the Russian economy to stabilize the economy,alleviate social contradictions.And the oil export is the most important source of export earnings.In recent years,Russian oil exports increased year by year.Only inferior to Saudi Arabia,Russia become the second largest oil export country in the world.But faced with the development of economic globalization,the changes of world's political and economic situation,some of Russia's strategic policy and technical equipment can not adapt to the new situation,the oil export of Russia faces many obstacles.Therefore it is necessary to find the impact factor of oil exports and research for the countermeasures to solve the problem of Russian oil exports.This paper described the oil production and exports situation in Russian,analysis the problems of Russian oil exports;On the point of the world's political and economic,the impact factor to Russia's oil exports were analysised,basing on the PEST model and five forces model.Finally,the promotion strategy of Russia oil exports is given.Russia should do as the follows toimprove the export of oil.First,lower export taxes on oil.Second,improve the investment environment to attrat more money pending on the oil industy.Third,speed up the access to the Asia-Pacific oil markets.Fotrth increase exports of different oils.The last,join in the international energy business system as soon as possible.
