Research On Risk Control Of Local Government Financing Platform

In recent years,many problems such as financial risk and debt crisis of local government financing platform have been concentrated.The local government financing platform has been put on the critical platform.It seems that the financing platform has become precarious.But we should not magnify some of the problems,while seeing the risk of the local government financing platform,we should not ignore its role in the local economy.We should strengthen the control of the risk of the financing platform,give full play to its advantages and better serve the development of the local economy.Therefore,it is necessary to study the risk control of the local government financing platform.This paper elaborates on the risk control and the theory,the concept of government financing platform,introduces the development status and the risk structure are analyzed and introduced,the interpretation of the local government financing platform in the process of historical changes in China's development,and played a unique role in the different stages of economic development.And then to the Pingxiang City local government financing platform as an example,presents the financing role of the local government financing platform of Pingxiang city construction and financing platform for the company in the city to promote the construction of the pilot project,municipal engineering,city greening sponge city high-speed transportation hub project and other key construction projects in the great.In the empirical stage we also set up the index system to measure the risk of financing platform of local government financing platform for risk control analysis,the risk of enterprise's financial structure,short-term solvency,management ability evaluation index system of Pingxiang City,the local government financing platform for quantitative evaluation,finally found the whole,risk platform loan default in the controllable range.According to the results of risk assessment,this paper puts forward the strategy of risk control for local government financing platform,and expounds effective ways of risk control from the perspective of company,bank and financial institution.
