With the development of globalization, the logistics of hazardous goods has become increasingly prosperous.Effectively reducing the incidence of hazardous goods accidents and the impact of accidents has become a research focus. However, despite the continuous completion of relevant research, accidents are still frequent.Among them, hazardous goods storage accidents are the main types of accidents, and open hazardous goods storage risks are high. This article focuses on the analysis of hazardous goods storage accidents in recent years and clarifies that subjective factor uncertainty is the main influencing factor of such accidents. In this regard, this article will focus on optimization of hazardous goods warehouse management under subjective factors of uncertainty. The key concepts and methods during the research process are discussed in detail with the hazardous harbor yard as an example. The optimization of open hazardous goods warehouse management considers the influence of subjective factors uncertainty, including the analysis of warehouse management of hazardous goods, storage risk assessment and reduction of storage risk. The first part is to lay a theoretical foundation for the article by analyzing hazardous goods storage requirements and operating specifications. The second part is to quantify the influence of subjective factors uncertainty through the probability of human error, and then to realize the storage risk assessment of hazardous goods. The final part is to formulate a storage capacity distribution plan by collaborating minimum storage risk and maximum storage profit, and to effectively reduce storage risks. In this regard, this article will discuss the above research focuses in detail in five parts:Chapter 1 analyzes current events to clarify that storage accidents are the main types of hazardous goods accidents, the risk of open hazardous goods storage accidents is relatively high and subjective factors uncertainty is the main influencing factor of hazardous goods storage accidents; The above point of view is demonstrated. The article points out deficiencies by recalling relevant research, determining research objectives, research scope, research methods, and technical routes, and clarifies the hazardous goods harbor yard as the research case of this article.Chapter 2 analyzes the warehouse management of hazardous goods. It analyzes the relevant regulations and standards, systematically summarizes the classification and storage of hazardous goods, and harbor operation specifications and procedures in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the article.Chapter 3,risk assessment of hazardous goods storage.By quantifying the influence of subjective factor uncertainty through human error probability, this chapter proposes a new quantitative method of human error probability;further,a hazardous goods storage risk assessment model is constructed in combination with a traditional risk assessment model, and validation is performed..Chapters 4 and 5 effectively reduce the risk of hazardous goods storage.Taking into account the fundamental contradiction between storage capacity and storage requirements, with the warehousing characteristics of hazardous goods as a fundamental basis, hazardous goods warehouse distribution model is constructed to reduce storage risks, collaborating between storage risks and interests.Chapters 4 and 5 consider two cases of single hazardous goods storage and multiple hazardous goods storage, respectively,to solve the problem of whether the goods are accepted or not and how to allocate them. And the effectiveness of the hazardous goods storage capacity distribution model is verified combining with examples. Finally, the author analyzes the innovations and deficiencies of the article in combination with the research results and looks forward to future research.
