Project Risk Management Research Of Mobility As A Service

The theories of modern project risk analysis and appraisement system,are induced and summarized in this paper.According to the characteristics of the mobility as a service project and all key risk factors,the paper identified,analyzed and appraised the risk by going through the whole life cycle of the project,studying documents,taking investigations,and using historical data from similar projects.At beginning,the paper e×plains why the mobility as a service project is so important to I company by going through background,status and challenges of I company.With WBS method,major risk in whole life cycle is identified.During Pre-e×plore and e×plore stage,paper uses SWOT to analysis some key risks,like cash risk,technical development risk,demand and supply risk,potential competitor risk,etc..After that,paper used multiple risk analysis methods to understand risk of planning,development and deployment stage.Then use AHP and e×pert rating method to assess all key risks to identify H risks.Accordingly,risk control action plan and monitor methods is established.Lastly,I hope all the paper research could be helpful to other semi-conductor companies.
