With the high development of global economy and technology,China mobile communication market is facing unprecedented opportunities and facing great challenges.With the advent of 4G,mobile phone as a smart terminal brings more possibility to daily life.In the field of mobile communication,traditional competitors and new traffic giants have put a lot of pressure on China mobile.Under the big,mobile Internet development trend,has the stable customers,flow entrance,improve social capital and value,improve quality and advantages of the stickiness of social IM products "fetion",there is no doubt that China mobile " Internet plus" layout is an important element.This article performing the SWOT analysis to analyze AndFetion.Based on the results of the analysis,recommend And Fetion take the user scale advantage of China-mobile,guide users to recommend products to each other so that products can be quickly and effectively promoted.Thus customer intimacy model,use the intimate relationship between the users' communication behaviors of China mobile network,predict the influencer on the dissemination of products and the recommendation of others.The customer intimacy model was improved to obtain the "user preference prediction model","user channel density assessment model" and "influencer identification model",to solve the three problems of who will be promoted,which channels should be promoted and how to improve the efficiency of transmission,finally,develop the suitable marketing strategies for AndFetion.
