Optimization Study On The Staff Training System Of Lanzhou Kejin Taiji Co.,Ltd.

Lanzhou Kejin Taiji Co.,Ltd.is a holding company of the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.It was originally a metal processing plant of the Institute of Modern Physics and was mainly engaged in processing and sales of magnets,metals,and vacuum piping.Kejin Taiji Company is currently in an important period of strategic transformation.It is preparing to transform from a component processing plant to a system manufacturer for heavy ion cancer treatment medical equipment.It is urgent to improve the quality of employees and build a talent team.However,the company's staff training system is very weak and there are many problems that need improvement and optimization.This paper takes Kejin Taiji,a company in strategic transition,as an example,guided by staff training theories,by means of questionnaires,interviews,and data analysis to investigate the current training situation of Kejin Taiji Company and points out the problems in company's current training work.Combining with the actual situation of the company and related theories of training,the training system of Kejin Taiji Company has been optimized.Determine the optimization principles;optimize the relevant contents of the training process;optimize the training course system,establish graded training courses;optimize training methods and so on.The supporting measures were proposed from two aspects: training environment and training support.The optimization design of the staff training system in this paper is based on the analysis of the current human resources and training status of Kejin Taiji Company.It is practical,has strong operability.It might be able to provide training and management practices and some reference for the company.
