As one of the important means of human resource management and development,the staff training plays a critical role in improving the comprehensive quality of employees and the core competitiveness of enterprises.PSBC Lanzhou Branch was founded relatively late and had insufficient research on staff training.In the face of the accelerating process of banking business renewal and the continuous growth of customer financial demand,the absence of effective human resources management has seriously hindered the normal development of Lanzhou branch.Although the branch has invested a lot of energy and financial resources in recent years,but the realistic problems of staff training and personnel quality are still very prominent.How to effectively organize staff training,how to improve the overall quality of staff,has become an urgent problem to be solved by the branch.In this paper,the staff training system of PSBC Lanzhou Branch is taken as the study object.Firstly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the concepts and research achievements at home and abroad related with training needs analysis,training evaluation and optimization of bank training system.Secondly,the paper studies opportunities and challenges faced by the branch,existing problems and their reasons of the branch staff training system.Thirdly,the actual training needs of organization and employees are analyzed by means of questionnaire and interview.Finally,based on the previous research results,the specific optimization strategy for the branch staff training system is proposed.Based on the advanced experience of commercial Banks in developed countries and the specific strategies for the optimization of the training system in domestic Banks,this paper takes the training needs analysis and training evaluation theories as the guidance and adheres to the actual training needs of the branch,put forward a "three basic rules of conduct" training model,in which training content emphasizes practicality,training form emphasizes practice,training effect emphasizes effectiveness,and then optimized the staff training system in detail.The "three basic rules of conduct" training model is a kind of integrated innovation and attempt to optimize the staff training system of PSBC Lanzhou Branch.The specific strategy provides a new perspective for the human resource management and development of the branch.As a theoretical concept,it still needs further testing.I hope that the results of this study can contribute to the construction and optimization of the staff training system in China's banking industry.
