With the continuous development of China 's market economy,the competition of Chinese enterprises is more and more fierce.In order to improve their competitive advantage,enterprises pay more attention to strengthen their internal staff training and development,so as to improve the overall strength of the company,to create higher value for the company.A Insurance HN Branch has a good prospect in recent years,but it is also facing the impact from other insurance industries.With the development of the company 's needs,the company 's staff training system also needs to be further optimized.Through training to improve the comprehensive quality of employees,to achieve efficient management of the company,and then improve the company 's competitive advantage.The main body of this paper is A Insurance HN Branch,first of all,the background and significance of this paper,access to staff training and development of books,literature,and based on the relevant theory,using the method of questionnaire,interviews and data analysis,to understand the actual situation of the analysis of A Insurance HN Branch staff training system.Through the investigation,the company found that the lack of training needs analysis,training system curriculum design is not complete,the lack of training teachers system management,training methods of a single problem.In view of the situation of A Insurance HN Branch,this paper present the optimum proposal of staff training system,which is optimized from the running training system,training teachers' team system management and training support system.Then through the system security and risk control security to further strengthen the effectiveness of training.Based on the analysis of A Insurance HN Branch,this paper optimizes its existing training system.So that the company from the human resources to improve their competitiveness,improve the quality of insurance practitioners.The optimization program training,demand investigation and analysis,training course design,develop the training,evaluation and tracking of the training effect are also helpful to other companies' staff training.
