Research On Public Administration Of Guangzhou Green Construction

With the context of 19 th CPC National Congress urging topromote green development.,People and nature are the community of life,energy saving and emission reduction has gradually become an important way to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.As the significant link of energy saving and emission reduction in construction field,the construction process gradually turns to green constrction,maximizing the conservation of resources and minimizing the negative impact on the environment,thus to achieve energy saving,land saving,water saving,material saving and environmental protection.Guangzhou,as the city earlier supports implementation of green construction in China,has not only achieved link benefits,economic benefits and social benefits,but also faced with the problems in green construction and public management.This thesis studies the current situation of green construction public management in Guangzhou,putting analysis and discussion on how to solve the problems of public management of green construction in Guangzhou,which is of positive significance to the improvement of public management of green construction and enrich the practical study of urban green construction public management.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is composed of the first and second chapters.The second part is composed of the third,fourth and five chapters.The third part is composed of sixth chapter.The main contents are as follows:The first part gives the overall description from the research background and the significance of the study,based on the research status at home and abroad,defining the relevant concepts of green construction and public management,summarizing and analyzing the city theory and policy for green construction of public management,systematically combing the literature research of domestic and foreign urban green construction and public management.This thesis starts with domestic and international urban green construction and public management experience,discussing the development process and management mode of green construction public management at home and abroad,giving beneficial enlightenment to the public management of green construction in this study.The second part describes the current situation of public management of green construction in Guangzhou City,taking Guangzhou Vanke Baiyun Metro,green construction demonstration Public Management Department of Guangzhou City Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.4 residential construction projects and 33 construction projects in Guangzhou city green construction as the examples,focusing on the reasons for outstanding problems existing in the public management of green construction in Guangzhou and the causes of these problems,which can be devided into 5 aspects like the shortage of awareness of green construction,driving the economic interests of enterprises,construction enterprises,backward management,and government supervision.Focusing on raising awareness,strengthening the organization and management,improving team quality in-depth study of public management of green construction in Guangzhou city and countermeasure analysis experience,and management mode and characteristics of typical Guangzhou green construction demonstration project.The third part is the conclusion of this thesis,general summarizing the Guangzhou green construction public management status,and the existing problems and related causes and countermeasures,as well as the suggestions and so on,which can offer some suggestions to the similar problems in cities and regions with low urban green construction and public management.
