| Under the background of low carbon environmental protection,the excavation of clean energy and the development of new energy vehicles have become one of the most important strategies for the growth of the automobile industry in the world,the economic growth of all related industries and the promotion of the comprehensive competitiveness of the country.Nowadays,automobile exhaust has become an important pollutant to make up the greenhouse gas.At the same time,China's dependence on foreign oil has gradually entered the warning line.The consumption of oil in the automotive industry has been as high as 1/3 of total consumption.Vigorously developing new energy vehicles has become an important measure to alleviate China's oil shortage and reduce its dependence on foreign oil.The government of our country also attaches great importance to the development of low carbon and new energy automobile industry,and puts the new energy automobile industry as one of the seven strategic new industries in our country.It gives key support to the capital and policy level,and has successively introduced a series of industrial development planning,industry technical standard,financial reward subsidy,promotion and application guidance other policy.In this paper,in the background of low-carbon economy,based on the development of new energy vehicles,through the analysis of the current situation of the industry,combined with industrial development theory,government intervention theory,externality theory,market failure and the development of China's new energy industry theory,promote China's new energy electric vehicle successfully to achieve the transformation and upgrading,promote low-carbon economic development process of the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,the development of ideas in response to economic development and environmental protection coordination,have very important significance to improve the people's livelihood environment. |
