With the advent of the “Internet Plus” era,new-type trade has ushered in a period of rapid development.The development of cross-border e-commerce is particularly evident.New-type trade is also expected to become a new impetus for economic growth in China and even the world.Therefore,all countries in the world support the development of cross-border e-commerce,and China is no exception.China's cross-border e-commerce park is surging,and the construction of cross-border e-commerce parks in the northern region has significantly lagged behind that of the south,so choose appropriate regional plans to build cross-border E-commerce business park has become inevitable.HY city is located in the central area of Peninsula Blue Economic Zone in Shandong Province.It is the ideal place to build cross-border electricity supplier Industrial Park in Shandong.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of the problem,the purpose and significance of the study,the ideas and methods,and the scope of the study.The second part is the theoretical basis to study;the third part is the project introduction,the basic situation of the E-commerce park of Cross-border in HY city is to be introduced in the truth;the fourth part and the fifth part is the core content of this study,the risks of this project can be known and estimated in the fourth part on the basis of WBS-RBS model;some countermeasures and suggestions are put based on the conclusion of risk evaluation in the fifth part;the sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,In conclusion,through the research on the project risks of E-commerce park of Cross-border in HY city,it not only provides some theoretical support for the construction of E-commerce park of Cross-border in HY city,but also has a strong practical significance for the prevention of project risks.We believe that as long as the relevant governments,the project operator and investors can cooperate relatively,the project of E-commerce park of Cross-border in HY city will be built into a high-class and famous E-commerce park of Cross-border in north area of China...
