Research On Information Security Risk Management Of X City Land Tax Bureau

The current rapid development of information technology,all walks of life are studying and using information technology,information technology can not only improve the quality of information processing,but also can save office hours.However,with the development of information technology,various information security risks have begun to appear.Through consulting related research materials at home and abroad,we can see that the current domestic academic circles pay more attention to controlling information security risks from the perspective of technology.However,few researchers deeply study the impact of non-technical factors on information security risks,such as information.Safety management system,organizational structure,and so on.From this perspective,it can be seen that the related research on information security risk management still has certain flaws.In this regard,the author combines the HTP model,standing on the level of management and information technology,detailed and systematic analysis of the risk management program adopted by the X City Local Taxation Bureau for information security,to make up for the current deficiencies in this area of research.This study uses the theory related to information security risk management to analyze the basic theories of project risk management and HTP model,and summarizes the supporting points of the research theory and method.Subsequently,the author focused on the analysis of the information security risks in the Local Taxation Bureau of X City,and analyzed the risks faced by the Local Taxation Bureau of X City in the three aspects of network office automation,data service network,and network management system.Thirdly,based on the design of the questionnaire,this paper starts with the microscopic five elements of the HTP model and analyzes the problems existing in the current X City Local Tax Bureau information security risk management program to demonstrate that the current X City Local Taxation Bureau informationsecurity risk management process There are defects and deficiencies.Finally,aiming at the risks faced by the information security of the Local Taxation Bureau of the X Municipality and the deficiencies in the information security risk management process of the X Municipality Local Taxation Bureau,the Information Security Risk Management Plan of the X City Local Taxation Bureau was constructed.Combined with the five elements of HTP model,this study introduces a variety of non-technical factors in information security risk management,full play to the information security risk management in the process of technology management and personnel management,improve the system of the risk management of land tax system,in the research perspectives and research methods is an innovative attempt.
