Under the current market environment,the development of supply chain makes the connection between enterprises more and more closely.The development of enterprises depends not only on themselves,but also on the cooperation among member enterprises in the overall environment of supply chain.Under the supply chain environment,the quality level of products is determined not only by a core enterprise,but by the collaboration control of the whole supply chain members.A defect in a link may lead to a total loss.In recent years,the whole chain of interest losses caused by product quality problems happened frequently.For example,Samsung mobile phone battery explosion,Japan Kobe steel fraud.These incidents have aroused constant concern from all walks of life.At the same time,the continuous improvement of consumer demand and the improvement of people's life also lead to more attention to the quality of products.Therefore,the quality control of the whole supply chain must be strengthened.In view of the above background,this paper studies the two level supply chain quality control model composed of a risk neutral supplier and a manufacturer.First,the basic model of supply chain quality control is constructed,and the optimal quality level of supplier and manufacturer and the maximum profit of supply chain are solved under symmetric information.Through analysis,suppliers and manufacturers should achieve the goal of improving the overall quality level through reasonable negotiation,making reasonable wholesale price,improving quality production technology level,reducing production cost and improving detection level.Secondly,the quality control model of supply chain under asymmetric information is constructed,and the optimal value under unilateral moral risk and bilateral moral risk is solved.The numerical simulation shows that the optimal solution under symmetric information is better than the optimal solution under asymmetric information.Finally,through the contract,the parameters are introduced to coordinate the quality of suppliers and manufacturers to reach the optimal solution under symmetric information.The results of numerical simulation have some management inspiration for the quality control of supply chain.
